20 years ago today we opened our restaurant. It has indeed been an adventure! Thank you to all our staff past and present, we couldn't have done it or still do it without you. Thank you to the people who championed us in the early days. Thank you to the people who have always stuck by us. Thank you to all our great friends and comrades in this wonderful and sometimes challenging business. We are all brothers and sisters. We salute you all. Irish food has come such a long way, we are proud to be part of it. Thank you to the people of Dungarvan, our fantastic town that's finally reaching its potential. So here's to the next chapter.
