To Friends of the La Palma Chicken Pie Shop: Your kind words in memory of Otto were beautiful. When there's an update about the shop, it will be posted here at the appropriate time. In the meantime, please feel free to share any pictures or stories that were meaningful to you.
Opened for business in 1955.
It's pure comfort to know the same waitresses will serve you the same chicken pot pies year after year.
I really like the Chicken and Noodles, and the Chicken Noodle Soup. Lunch is $5.10
Been coming here since I was a kid with my grandma. Its definitely a place where all the senior citizens go to meet but I love it. Its so affordable and the chicken pies are yummy!
I love the concept of this place. But the salad is lettuce soaked in dressing and the bland pot pie and mashed potatoes are soaked in yellow gravy. This all becomes a paste in the digestive system. :/
Unchanged since 1955 - the food ain't fancy but it sure is cheap
Tasty! 6.75$ for soup, salad, rolls, chicken pot pie with mashed potatoes and a slice of pie! Yummy!
An old-fashioned family restaurant with traditional values. The food is excellent--especially the chicken pot pies, soups, and desserts--and the prices are a real bargain!
Good spot with old fashioned food and good prices
Lunch special $5 comes with chicken pot pie, with mashed potatoes, a roll w/butter & choice of salad/soup/Cole slaw!
