Wow... what a weekend! Catering a Corporate private party in Wolverhampton, and it went on late! Pulled Pork, Hot wings and Beef Burgers ( I know... we don't usually do burgers and leave them to the likes of the Beefy Boys... but it was a particular client request) We were Rammed consistently for 3.5hrs of the service! Also, welcoming our newest member of the team, Kate Thompson, who looked after front of house and garnishing... welcome on board Kate, you did SO well! And a special thanks to Jaki, who was brilliant in keeping it all together up front... proud of you both ;-) Thanks also to Dave Hydon for entrusting us with this important Gig, you guys sure know how to PARTY!!! And of course all our 'guests' who chomped their way through a mountain of food... and more. The flood of great comments are well received and we look forward to working with you again and meeting some old friends. Now... the washing up!

This is our take on Texas Chilli. Served in a baked Tortilla and served with Rainbow Slaw and this time a small baked potato with Chive Sour Cream. They were yummy!

OK... its NOT BBQ, but here is a liitle Private Gig we did Sunday and the brief was a Black Country Themed Buffet, Black pudding, Scratchings, Pickled Eggs, Sandwiches an'all... although we did sneak in Carolina Slaw and our signature Potato Salad !!! Due to space issues we did a rolling replenishment from our Insulated Storage Boxes so there was just as much food on display at the end as at the beginning... spooky really! We will be displaying on Black Slate Sheets for the next one, we just used our normal Gastro equipment this time round. We are a Company of many Hats!

What a great Saturday at the Dudley Christmas lights switch on doing cooking demos on Ian 'Porky' Jones' great sound stage and cook station... thanks promarco.co.uk for all that technical assistance Also met up with Kascion Franklin, the talented actor who played Danny in Lenny Henry's bio pic film "Danny and the Human Zoo"
